Should your flight be delayed or canceled due to weather, we will make every effort to reschedule. In the event that rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your flight and do want a full refund, please e-mail us at the latest 48 hours prior to departure. All our tours operate 365 days a year and, depending on the trip, we have various departure times possible.
We recommend you book your tour to fly with us as soon as possible since we can fill up quickly. We definitely do not want you to miss out on a bucket list experience!
An advance payment is required, unless we agree differently. Then we will send you a confirmation with all details for your tour.
We require that a pregnant woman in her 3rd (last) trimester have a doctor’s note signed within 72 hours of departure.
All tours are suitable for kids. When your kids are a bit adventurous, they might even like a discovery flight they’ll have the time of their life!
We can easily accommodate up to thirteen passengers. However, if there are more people in your party, please send us an e-mail at bookit@FlyCozumel.com and we will propose a solution.
Don’t forget your camera!. Bringing your passport is not necessary, though we would recommend to bring a copy/picture on your camera/phone. For our tours to Tulum, Chichén Itzá and Holbox, we also recommend to bring a hat, sunscreen, swimming suit and a towel.
When your dives are non deco dives, we recommend 12 hours no flying after your surface. For (repetitive) deco dives we recommend no flying for 24 hours.
