Checkout some words from Dawn who recently joined us to Chichen Itza from Cozumel:
“We used Fly Cozumel for 6 of us to visit the Chichen Itza Ruins while vacationing in Cozumel. Having been before by bus I knew it was a hellish amount of traveling time and was excited for this new small Airplane option to do tour early in the day and be home for cocktails. Leo picked up our group of 6 by taxi and took us to the Cozumel airport. Got us all checked in and handed off to Omar, our pilot for the day. The flight out was beautiful as the sights included Cozumel, the Yucatan coast and interior, beautiful cloud formations and a look at Chichen Itza from our airplane before we landed.
We then had our own private taxi van and driver who took us to the Mayan Ruins and connected us with ‘Turtle’ for a private Tour of Chichen Itza. The parking lot was basically empty when we arrived in Chichen Itza (but overflowing when we left). There were no lines at all. Tickets were in our hands and we went right into the Mayan Ruins. Turtle speaks excellent English (among many other languages) and was an expert on the Ruins. He gave a great Tour and let us do a little shopping at the vendor tables inside. I was disappointed you couldn’t climb the pyramid anymore, but the experience was still fantastic.”

“After the tour, our same taxi driver took us into town and we had lunch at a local outdoor restaurant. It was packed with locals which meant good food, and it was confirmed. Loved the ambiance and hosts. We were the only Airplane that came in that day and it looks like a place out of the show! Omar is a good pilot and he took us over another pyramid ruin that was on the way home. Leo met us at the airport of Cozumel and got us tickets for the airport taxi.
All in all an amazing and unique, all inclusive excursion. The 6 of us so enjoyed this private Tour and high class treatment by Leo’s team. I recommend it if your group is ok with some small Airplane turbulence for the flight back. Thanks Leo!!!”
